• Orders containing preorder items may ship separately from ready-to-ship items.

Eliza & James Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
