Shipping Policy

Processing times vary by item type. Ready-to-ship items will ship as quickly as possible. Preorder, presale, custom, boutique, and vendor-shipped items may have longer processing and shipping times.

Some items may ship separately depending on where they are coming from. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Eliza & James Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always do our best to help if there is an issue.

For lost or damaged packages, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you and the shipping carrier.
