Return Policy
Due to the nature of boutique, preorder, presale, and custom items, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be considered for any return or exchange.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for approved order issues, canceled production items, or items that are unavailable.
If a preorder or presale item does not go into production, you will receive a full refund for that item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Eliza & James Co.
